Articulo primero. Apruébase la Resolución número 032 de 1983 emanada fiel Consejo Directivo de Comercio Exterior, por la cual se modifica la Planta de Personal del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior, cuyo texto es el siguiente: RESOLUCION NUMERO 032 DE 1983 (mayo 27) por la cual se modifica la Planta de Personal del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior -Incomex-. El Consejo Directivo de Comercio Exterior, en uso de sus atribuciones legales y estatutarias, RESUELVE:
