Artículo primero. El artículo 2º del Decreto 1082 de 1950, subrogado por el artículo 1º del Decreto 35 de 1957, quedará así: " Artículo 2º Mensualmente el Instituto de Crédito Territorial prestará a la Caja de Vivienda Militar el 10% de las entradas que haya tenido en el mes anterior por auxilio o a portea del Estado. Estos préstamos devengarán un interés del 3% anual, serán cubiertos por la Caja de Vivienda Militar por el sistema de amortización gradual, cada uno en el plazo de veinte (20) años, y se formalizarán mediante pagarés suscritos por la Caja a favor del Instituto, sin necesidad de constituir garantía especial, personal o real. Para la liquidación de la cuantía de estos créditos, el Instituto enviará a la Caja una relación mensual detallada de las entradas antes expresadas, certificada por su Auditor ".
