Por regla general, cuando la autoridad correspondiente se negare, sin causa legal, a dar posesión a un empleado cuyo nombramiento emane de otra, aquél puede posesionarse ante cualquier empleado que ejerza autoridad o jurisdicción, o ante dos testigos, dando cuenta de ello a quien le hizo el nombramiento.
