Para Ser Nombrado En Cualquiera De Los Cargos A Que Se Refieren Los Numerales A)

º. Para ser nombrado en cualquiera de los cargos a que se refieren los numerales a). B)., c) del artículo anterior, el oficial deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos

a)

Tener el grado de Oficial Superior u Oficial General o de Insignia;

b)

Estar escalafonado como Oficial de Estado Mayor, excepto para los Oficiales Adjuntos;

c)

Estar clasificado en lista 1 o 2 de que trata el Reglamento de Calificación y Clasificación de las Fuerzas Militares.
