El ordinal 4º del artículo 1º del Decreto 2122 de 1934 quedará así: Para la presentación de la demanda en toda clase de juicios, diligencias o actuaciones, que no sean de índole criminal, ante cualesquiera autoridades de la República, o de cualquier memorial de petición que deba ser presentado personalmente, según las leyes.
