°. Toma de decisiones . La Comisión de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas procurará tomar sus decisiones por consenso. En caso de que ello no sea posible, en un primer momento, el Presidente deberá mediar entre los miembros con miras a lograr la unanimidad. Si no fuere posible obtener el consenso, se decidirá por mayoría simple.
