º Si no hubiere habido oposición o resuelta que hubiere sido éste a favor del solicitante, el departamento de tierras del Ministerio de Economía Nacional dictará la correspondiente providencia definitiva, pudiendo antes de ello pedir las ampliaciones probatorias que considere necesarias para ilustrar mejor su criterio sobre el particular. De las apelaciones que se interpusieren contra tales providencias, conocerá directamente el Ministro.
