º Los empleados de que trata este Decreto, por razón de las nuevas funciones que se les asignan, tendrán derecho a un diez por ciento (10 por 100) de las sumas que recauden por ventas de papel sellado y estampillas de timbre nacional y de sanidad, limitando ese porcentaje a treinta pesos ($ 30) mensuales. También tendrán derecho a la partida que les fije el Ministerio de Guerra como remuneración por el recaudo del fondo de defensa nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
