°. Financiación en el pago de las obligaciones pensionales . Las obligaciones pensionales de que trata el presente decreto se financiarán con los recursos trasladados por Positiva Compañía de Seguros S. A., conforme al artículo 4° y previo descuento de las mesadas que hayan sido pagadas a partir del 1º de enero de 2015 por la aseguradora y hasta que esta obligación sea asumida por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) y el Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional (Fopep).
