Art. 6°. Los individuos de tropa que voluntariamente hayan tomado armas contra el Gobierno deberán presentarse dentro del mismo término ante el Alcalde del lugar donde se hallen, a fin de que presten las cauciones de que habla el artículo anterior. Los que así no lo hicieren serán también perseguidos militarmente y puestos a disposición del Prefecto de la Provincia, quien deberá confinarlos a otros lugares, bajo la inmediata vigilancia de las autoridades.
