Autorízase al Gobierno para contratar con el doctor José María Iragorri Isaacs, bien la compra del derecho de hacer la edición de la obra de aquél, titulada Código Civil , concordado con la Jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema, o bien la misma compra del derecho de hacer la edición expresada por cuenta del Gobierno, mediante el pago que al doctor Iragorri Isaacs haga el Gobierno del precio de la edición, en cierto número de ejemplares de ella.
