Cada uno de los miembros de la Junta Directiva tendrá derecho a una asignación de cinco pesos ($5) por cada sesión a que concurra, y gozará de viáticos cuando haya de desempeñar funciones fuera de la residencia habitual de la Junta, caso en el cual el Ministro de Obras Públicas fijará la cuantía y condiciones de tales viáticos. El sueldo del Gerente será fijado por la Junta Directiva. El del Interventor Fiscal de la Empresa será de trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350) mensuales. Todos estos honorarios se pagarán de los fondos generales del Ferrocarril.
