Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud deberán mantener a disposición de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud una relación de los convenios que hubieren celebrado con personas naturales, instituciones financieras, intermediarios de seguros o con otras entidades, según lo previsto en el presente Decreto.
