Siendo de aplicación a los préstamos de que se trata e1 Decreto 380 de 1942 sobre préstamos a 1os Municipios, de acuerdo con el artículo 1o. de la Ley 53 de 1942, dichos préstamos devengarán el mismo interés que se cobre a los Municipios y tendrán los plazos y garantías que se acuerden en cada caso entre e1 Inst1tuto de Crédito Territorial y la cooperativa interesada (artículo 3° del Decreto 380).
