°. Tipo de nombramiento. El nombramiento de los etnoeducadores que atiendan población indígena en territorios indígenas deberá efectuarse en provisionalidad hasta tanto se expida el estatuto de que trata el artículo anterior. Cualquier nombramiento realizado en contravención de lo dispuesto por el presente artículo carecerá de efectos legales.
