Modifíquese el inciso 1 del artículo 187 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 187. RETIRO DE LA MERCANCÍA. Autorizado el levante por la autoridad aduanera, el servicio informático electrónico permitirá la visualización de la declaración de importación en que conste el número de levante correspondiente. El declarante o la persona autorizada para el efecto, deberá presentar de manera virtual, la declaración de importación al depósito habilitado en el cual se encuentre la mercancía."
