En la escritura de venta e hipoteca se dejar constancia de que el comprador del terreno debe al Gobierno nacional la mitad del valor del lote, y la otra mitad al Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, y de que el deudor se obliga a cancelar una y otra deuda por medio de cuotas periódicas que cubrirán al Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, que emprendan intereses y amortización, para extinguir la obligación al cabo de cierto número de años.
