Quórum y votaciones. Las juntas Directivas podrán sesionar, deliberar y decidir válidamente con la presencia de por lo menos cuatro (4) de sus miembros. Las decisiones s e adoptarán por mayoría simple de votos.

Parágrafo

En todo caso, el quórum y las mayorías a que se refiere el presente artículo se determinarán con base en el número de miembros designados y posesionados. Los miembros de las Juntas Directiv as de Zonas Francas deberán tomar posesión de sus cargos ante el Presidente de la misma, excepto el delegado del Ministerio de Desarrollo, quien lo hará ante este último.
