Lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de esta Ley no comprenderá la vía férrea de que trata la Ley 6a. de 1926. La entrada a Bucaramanga de dicha vía troncal se hará por la zona norte de la llanura donde dicha ciudad se halla emplazada.
