Premios en dinero y en especie. Con excepción de los juegos promocionales que se autoricen a las entidades financieras y aseguradoras, no se podrán ofrecer o entregar premios en dinero. En consecuencia, los premios deberán consistir en bienes muebles o inmuebles o servicios. Se excluyen de los bienes muebles, los títulos valores y similares. (Art.8 Decreto 493 de 2001)
