Para el perfeccionamiento de escritura pública por las cuales se haya de traspasar el dominio de aeronaves o de constituir sobre las mismas un derecho real distinto, será requisito indispensable la presentación, por parte de los otorgantes, de un certificado de paz y salvo expedido por el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil.
