Los precios a que se refiere el artículo anterior se entienden para las calidades corrientes, y habrá lugar a un premio o descuento de $ 0.04 por cada kilogramo de fibra cuya calidad sea superior o inferior a la corriente, respectivamente. Para algodones con semilla, el premio o el descuento por calidad superior o inferior a la corriente, será de $ 0.15 por arroba.
