con el siguiente tenor: "

Parágrafo 2

Para los Sistemas de Transporte Terrestre Masivos de Pasajeros y las empresas generadoras de energía ubicadas en las Zonas Interconectadas del Territorio Nacional consumidores de ACPM definidas en el artículo anterior, el Ingreso al Productor al cual Ecopetrol S. A. podrá vender el ACPM distribuido de manera directa o a través de los Distribuidores Mayoristas, será el de paridad de precios de importación".
