Créase la Oficina Postal y Telegráfica de La Virgen (Corregimiento del Municipio de Quipile), en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, servida por un Telegrafista Administrador de Correos, con sueldo mensual de $ 45.00 y se nombra para desempeñar el cargo a la señorita Beatriz Castro Acevedo.

Parágrafo

El gasto que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputará al capítulo 76, artículo 1162 de las Apropiaciones vigentes.
