Sistema de Control Interno. El Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural, Incoder, organizará el Sistema de Control Interno, para lo cual podrá contratar, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley 87 de 1993 y en las normas que la modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen, el ejercicio de las funciones de control interno.
