ARTICULO 2 . PODER DISCIPLINARIO PREFERENTE. En desarrollo del poder disciplinario preferente, podrá el Procurador General de la Nación, por sí o por medio de sus Delegados y Agentes, avocar mediante decisión motivada, de oficio o a petición de parte, el conocimiento de aquellos asuntos que se tramiten internamente en la Policía Nacional.
