El último inciso del artículo 124 de la Ley 9º de 1989, quedará así:

"Los contratos que se celebren para la adquisición de bienes inmuebles urbanos y suburbanos por el mecanismo de enajenación voluntaria por parte de las entidades públicas en desarrollo de los fines previstos en el artículo 10 estarán sujetos únicamente a los requisitos señalados en la presente Ley y disposiciones que la reglamenten".
