Artículo único. La pension de noventa i tres pesos treinta centavos, que por decreto de 8 de mayo de 1863 asigno en Rionegro el Ministro de la Guerra al Jeneral Miguel Bohórquez, continuará pagándole, por partes iguales a 1a viuda e hija del espresado Jeneral, señora Martina Muñoz de Bohórquez í señorita Flor de María Boborquez, mientra, permanezcan viuda la primera i soltera la segunda, para lo cual se tendrá como incluida en el Presupuesto la cantidad a que asciende dicha pension.
