º El Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, con fundamento en las actividades que le señala la misma ley, otorgará a sus afiliados, pensionados y beneficiarios, según el caso, las siguientes prestaciones: D: ASISTENCIALES
a)
Asistencia médica, obstétrica, farmacéutica, quirúrgica y hospitalaria;
b)
Servicios odontológicos;
c)
Servicios y elementos de rehabilitación, en caso de accidente de trabajo o enfermedad profesional. II): ECONOMICAS a) Auxilio por enfermedad; b) Indemnización por accidente de trabajo y enfermedad profesional; c) Auxilio de maternidad;
d)
Pensión vitalicia de jubilación;
e)
Pensión de invalidez;
f)
Pensión de retiro por vejez;
g)
Auxilio funerario;
h)
Seguro por muerte:
i)
Pensión de sobrevivientes.
