Necesidad de prueba pericial. El dictamen pericial es necesario respecto de todos y cada uno de los elementos de evidencia física. También es necesario cuando la investigación de un hecho determinado requiera conocimientos es peciales de una ciencia, técnica o arte, exija avalúos o se necesite traducir al español documentos o versiones que deben ser, aportados al proceso.
