Art. 121. Cuando haya dos o más Jueces Municipales encargados de unos mismos negocios, los repartirán por turno.

El repartimiento se hará durante una misma semana en cada Juzgado. Los Jueces acordarán reglas de repartimiento y las discordancias las dirimirá el Juez 1º del Respectivo Circuito.
