Article 22

La Sección De Registro Y Correspondencia Tiene A Su Cargo El Registro, Diligenciamiento Y Archivo De La Correspondencia Del Despacho Del Ministro Y De La Secretaría General Y Le Corresponde Ejercer Además Las Siguientes Funciones: A) Organizar Y Manejar El Archivo De Las Dependencias De La Secretaría General; B) Organizar Y Controlar El Servicio De Mensajeros De La Sección; Y C) Facilitar A Los Jefes De División, Sección, Oficinas Y Demás Dependencias, Los Documentos Y Copias Que Estos Soliciten

La Sección de Registro y Correspondencia tiene a su cargo el registro, diligenciamiento y archivo de la correspondencia del despacho del Ministro y de la Secretaría general y le corresponde ejercer además las siguientes funciones

Organizar y manejar el archivo de las dependencias de la Secretaría General;

Organizar y controlar el servicio de mensajeros de la Sección; y

Facilitar a los Jefes de división, sección, oficinas y demás dependencias, los documentos y copias que estos soliciten.
