º Durante las sesiones extraordinarias convocadas por Decreto 1322 de 1994, se someterá también a consideración del honorable Congreso de la República el proyecto de ley número C-114/92 y S-176/94 "por la cual se crea el Sistema Nacional de Reforma Agraria y Desarrollo Rural Campesino, se establece un subsidio para la adquisición de tierras, se reforma el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria y se dictan otras disposiciones". Las sesiones extraordinarias convocadas por Decreto 1322 de 1994 se podrán realizar hasta el 19 de julio de 1994.
