º . A más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 2009 y sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 7º de este decreto, los concesionarios que realicen el juego de apuestas permanentes en línea y tiempo real tendrán que estar en conexión con la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud; en caso contrario, se dará aplicación a lo señalado en el artículo 4º del presente decreto.
