Para contribuir al desarrollo de sus planes y programas tanto físicos como académicos de la Universidad de Medellín, la Nación destina la suma de ($ 3.000.000.00), que se pagaran así: Un millón ($ 1.000.000.00) en el año de mil novecientos sesenta y tres; Un millón ($ 1.000.000.00) en el año de 1964, y Un millón ($ 1.000.000.00) en el año de 1965.
