º. El número de unidades que corresponde a cada una de las entidades partícipes en el Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización Petrolera se establecerá dividiendo las sumas de dinero aportadas por ellas, por el valor de la unidad vigente en la fecha en que se efectúe el aporte. Se tendrá como valor vigente de la unidad, el que resulte al cierre del día hábil inmediatamente anterior a la fecha en referencia. El Banco de la República fijará el valor inicial de la unidad, previa aprobación del Comité Directivo del Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización Petrolera.
