Artículo cuarto . Incremento de Salario por Antigüedad. A partir del 1º de enero de 1996, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se les aplica este decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinariamente 721 y 897 de 1978 y 62 de 1995, se reajustará en el diecisiete porciento (l7%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
