Vigencia de la habilitación de las EAPB . La habilitación se otorgará a las EAPB por un término indefinido. Las EAPB deberán mantener y actualizar permanentemente los requisitos exigidos por el Gobierno Nacional. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, en ejercicio de sus funciones de vigilancia, inspección y control verificará el mantenimiento de las condiciones de habilitación por parte de estas entidades.
