º . La Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional consignará en la cuenta "Fondo Superintendencia Bancaria" el saldo de los recursos recaudados en la vigencia fiscal de 1999 y no girados a la Superintendencia Bancaria durante la misma, provenientes de las contribuciones impuestas a las entidades vigiladas por esa entidad. Con los recursos mencionados en el presente artículo, la Superintendencia Bancaria cancelará las reservas presupuestales y cuentas por pagar constituidas para ser ejecutadas en la vigencia del año 2000.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia Bancaria iniciará el respectivo cobro coactivo a aquellas entidades vigiladas que se encuentren en mora en pago de las contribuciones previstas en el artículo 41 de la Ley 510 de 1999.
