º . Ambito de aplicación . Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto se aplicarán integralmente a la modalidad de transporte público colectivo terrestre automotor de pasajeros del radio de acción Metropolitano, Distrital y Municipal de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos en las Leyes 105 de 1993 y 336 de 1996.
