Corresponde al Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad hacer gastos de carácter reservado cuando las necesidades del Departamento lo aconsejen, con cargo al presupuesto del DAS o su Fondo Rotatorio y su ejecución, se hará de conformidad con las normas y disposiciones legales vigentes.
