Los actos de las Asambleas Departamentales destinados á distar disposiciones para el arreglo de alguno de los asuntos que son de su incumbencia, se denominarán ordenanzas; los que tengan por objeto la ejecución de un hecho especial, como un nombramiento, ó la decisión de un punto determinado, que no imponen obligaciones ni crean derechos á los asociados, se denominarán en general resoluciones. Las primeras se ajustarán á las prescripciones del capítulo siguiente, y las segundas basta que sean aprobadas por la mayoría absoluta de los miembros presentes á la sesión.
