La representación legal de la Superintendencia corresponde al Superintendente, quien ejercerá sus funciones específicas de control, inspección y vigilancia con plena autonomía de criterio e independencia de las comisiones de regulación, y con la inmediata colaboración de los Superintendentes Delegados. Tanto el Superintendente como los Superintendentes Delegados tendrán la condición de empleados públicos de libre nombramiento y remoción por parte del Presidente de la República. TITULO II.
