Toda erogación con cargo al rubro "gastos especiales", que exceda de un mil pesos ($ 1.000) moneda corriente, deberá ser autorizada mediante decreto motivado. Cuando esta erogación sobrepase la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) moneda corriente deberá llevar el visto bueno del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías.
