Art. 12. En el caso en que se haya mandado borrar la inscripcion de algunos bienes del rejistro de los desamortizados, pueden compensarse los réditos de los principales que sobre tales bienes existan a favor de la Nacion, con los frutos de los mismo, durante el tiempo que permanecieron inscritos, i hasta donde alcance el valor de dichos frutos.
