Los ingenieros matriculados que estén inscritos en las Oficinas del "Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales", o en sus agencias o sucursales, podrán licitar en todo contrato que el Fondo quiera celebrar para estudios o construcción de obras dentro del territorio nacional.
