Requisitos de constitución y funcionamiento. Las sociedades administradoras, al momento de la constitución y durante la vigencia del Fondo, deberán contar con personal idóneo para la administración de Fondos Voluntarios de Pensión, tener capacidad administrativa e infraestructura tecnológica y operativa suficiente para administrar el respectivo Fondo, y cumplir con los requisitos previstos en los numerales 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 y 9 del artículo 3.1.1.3.1. del presente decreto. La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia instruirá la forma en que se verificará el cumplimiento de los anteriores requisitos.
