El que con el propósito de menoscabar la integridad territorial de la República, de someterla en todo o en parte al dominio extranjero, de afectar su naturaleza de Estado soberano, o de fraccionar la unidad nacional, lleve a cabo actos que tienden directamente a esos fines, incurre en presidio de diez a treinta años.
