Acaparamiento

Acaparamiento. Entiéndese por acaparamien to, la adquisición o retención por productores, distribuidores o expendedores de artículos o víveres de primera necesidad, o bienes destinados al comercio, en forma injustificada.

Parágrafo

Para determinar el grado de no justificación a que se refiere el presente artículo, la autoridad competente deberá tener en cuenta circunstancias como cantidad, tiempo transcurrido desde la adquisición o retención del produc to y consecuencias que el acaparamiento ha producido en el mercado.
