Sin perjuicio de lo prescrito en otras disposiciones, los suscriptores, licenciatarios o las personas autorizadas para emplear los sistemas de radiocomunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 99 de la presente ley, tendrán las siguientes obligaciones:

Portar permanentemente la tarjeta distintiva de suscriptor o persona autorizada expedida por el concesionario o licenciatario.

Adoptar las medidas de seguridad idóneas para que el equipo no sea hurtado o extraviado.

Utilizar personalmente el equipo de radiocomunicaciones.

No enviar mensajes cifrados o en lenguaje ininteligible.
